The bowl of noodles represents everything... how we are all entwined in some way; how there's a lot more to each person than the bit sticking above the broth; how noodles can be made with different ingredients and end up being different in appearance; how different broth gives a different taste; how the presentation can differ but it's still a bowl of noodles (like different suburbs); AND the look on the guy's face as he eats the noodles is like an ah-ha look.
As for subheads: Mentioning "prayer" will apeal to those who believe in a typical God (Christianity-based) and turn off others. Mentioning "Sensible Thinking for Self Mastery" won't appeal to the 'religious set' as much as mentioning prayers. But the one I like best is the one with the bowl of noodles... If you can eat a bowl of noodles you can do anything.
