I knew I could rely on you to help me with my marketing 'script.'
I actually did something yesterday that I never did before. I got in my car, drove to an area where I 'think' some of my target market might be, and spent about 3 hours checking out grocery stores, drug stores, stores with bulletin boards where I could post my flyers. I really felt pretty good about this. I would NEVER have done this years ago, not even two months ago.
So, I'm going to put as much effort as I can physically afford into marketing and see what happens.
As for the family, I think I'll forget about them until I actually start making some sales. Sometimes, it's not worth the effort trying to convnce family. It seems that 'family' like you when you can buy them gifts and tell them how great they are and what you can do for them. If they're not the entrepreneurial types, they really have no interest in trying to understand why you would want to subject yourself to facing rejection.
