This reminds me of the "... For Dummies" books... or the "Complete Idiot's Guide to..." books.

Hey, they seem to sell. But some people hate 'em... They won't buy them. Why?

Because buying one is admitting you're an "IDIOT" or a "DUMMY"!

Other books which are similar are the "... Demystified" series of books. Like "Chemistry Demystified" (for example). There's no stigma with these. But is it as catchy?

You gotta admit... Calling your customer an "IDIOT" or a "DUMMY" jogs your memory... You don't forget!

Sometimes it seems to work...!

...As long as the customer doesn't take it too seriously!
