Default Anti-surveillance clothing...!

Glenn, you might like this... from my archives...

This is an article I wrote a few years ago for my free email list...

-----

Making moolah by "sticking it to the man"

Imagine a world full of surveillance cameras...

Tracking your every move...

Keeping tabs on everywhere you go... Everywhere you travel or drive...

Spying on you... every. single. place... you show up...

Of course, that's the world we are in now (or we're close to it)!

Not everyone is willing to accept all this intrusive personal tracking lightly!

That's why you might - in the near future - see people wearing these clothes...

Designed to thwart the surveillance state!

One woman, Kate Rose, has created clothing designed to thwart all those automatic license plate readers... Those surveillance cameras which track everywhere you drive...

Her clothing is full of (fake) license plates on them.

The idea is that when a license plate recognition camera sees someone wearing this clothing, it adds "bogus" - fake - license plate data to their database...

The goal is to confuse the artificial intelligence behind it... (You can check it out on her website, "Adversarial Fashion"...)

Sticking it to the system...

The idea has caught on!

Some others have created clothing which they claim can confuse facial-recognition systems...

So, there is an underlying theme here...

Many people want to "stick it to the man" and tell the following the authorities...

...if you try to track me, I'll do my best to throw a wrecking ball in the works!

...And the way they are doing it is by making a profit by creating and selling anti-surveillance clothing!

Here's an article about it from a few years ago...

Special sunglasses, license-plate dresses: How to be anonymous in the age of surveillance

Here's a version of the same article, without all the pop-ups!

There's probably something more recent floating around...!

Best wishes,

Dien

Hand him a LOTTO ticket.

FUNNY LOOK on his Face.

Otto - pulls me over next to a Tall Rack of JUNK Bread. Hidden from the overhead cameras.

And says, "Thanks Man. I'll tell you a Secret. Some of the Big Brand names
have started using Computerized Shelf Tags. They collect buyer patterns."

ME - "What the hell?"

Clerk - "Yeah. Don't tell anybody I told you. The fancy Shelf tags are mini
computers. With a Camera. Facial Recognition too. They track your buying
patterns."

ME - DAMN.

Clerk - "Yup. Have you seen the new Anti Face Reading glasses and Baseball caps?

"They block infra-red cameras.

ME - "WOW.

END of Lotto ticket WIN Story.

(EDITORS NOTE - Anybody know any more about WHICH Glasses or Baseball Cap
Blocks Face reading?)

How they work?

Sounds like I Might wanna try something like that out.

IF I can get some Proof they actually work.

I
Know
that
every
Amazon Vehicle has a Videocamera on top.

But if they are Adding Facial recognition.

Then I need to Change a few things.

A UK client says you can Fool the 1000's of London UK cameras by wearing Halloween Streaks on your face. Like Indian WAR PAINT.

I don't wanna do that.
