![]() Hmmm. Somewhere along the path to doing mostly nothing these days, I have lost my Biz Op evaluation tool. It used to be a niftly little 10 in one tool I could clip onto my belt and use it whenever I came across an opportunity to make money.
So, even though I know we don't get paid for doing nothing, how do you look at and evaluate those daily oppotunities that pop up like a whack a mole game in the arcade? I thought going full circle back to some mail order stuff was looking good, but now my SLOP AND MESS meter is chirping like a smoke detector at a Southern BBQ. Good gollly Molly and Mary, I just want to DO the minimum and get a leveraged maximum return on my investment of time (and money). I don't, won't, can't do mlm and networking, so limited contact with people would be good, maybe snake and aligator removal (albeit, not so much "work" "werk" in Ohio). I may have to create a HOTSHEET that combines aptitude, and assessment like a value proposition/biz model canvas sort of thing to help with quick decisions on when to abandon the idea. What do you use for Biz Op evaluations? Gordon |

![]() Thanks Gordon,
Dan's MAGIC QUESTION has saved me a LOT of time and money. 51 Million Dollar Example: My #1 Realtor Client Just Sold a House for 51 Million Bucks. Then Contacted Me. Said, "My Best friend wants me to Join his MLM. How about You, Glenn, Sign up under me?" I suck at the Details needed to do MLM. But Often a New MLM will have a FANTASTIC new Product. So I said MAYBE. IF you can ask a Question FOR Me. SHORTLY After John told me about visiting the Local Upline Husband and Wife in Their Huge Showplace of a MANSION. Circular Driveway. 6 car garage. Monticello - Like GIANT Columns on The Porch. Massive Oak Front door. (ALL of which made me Suspicious) I asked Dan's Perfectly Reasonable MAGIC QUESTION. "Ok, John. Ask your UpLine This Question. Can You Put me on The Phone with ONE Happy MLM Customer? One guy or gal who is making money?" "IF they are SO Successful That Should Be EASY, Right? John Says, "Ok." One week goes by. Two Weeks. 3 Weeks. John signs up. Finds a hot Niche and Refers 33 People into This MLM. Finally I call John and Ask, "What happened to The ONE HAPPY Customer Question? John. "Dunno. Very Strange. Not getting any Answers. John Wasted 8 months of his life. Referred scores of people into the MLM. Never made a dime. The Whole thing was a Boondoggle. ME? Saved by Dan Kennedy's MAGIC Question! Thanks, Glenn If You are looking at a website Biz App. I look for Detailed, Money Making Testimonials. THEN Email and Ask to Talk to One or two of these folks. JUST Did This for a Client in Nigeria. Turns out His DEAL MAKING GURU only has 2 or 3 Testimonials. Come to Find out. ALL are Personal Clients - NOT the level of The Biz App Investment the Website sells. What a Ya Call that? Bait and Switch? LYING by Omission? Big Difference btwn a 2K investment. And the 50K the Guy charges his Personal Clients. Thanks, Glenn |
