Coupon Book Business Idea Help
Hello people,
Now I know that coupon books are very passe' at the moment. What small local business owner would want to produce a coupon book these days...considering competition from the internet and the big mailers? Well, that person is me and I have and I have a few incredible hooks to add to it. Could anyone direct me to any comprehensive resources that shows someone how to produce a coupon book, including a business plan and merchant agreements? I am looking for very detailed resources. Something like the Doug and Judy Nielsen manual from a number of years ago (which is impossible to find). This is a business idea I have been researching and believe me, demand for this is there. I just need to put it together and right now, I am spinning my wheels so to speak Any help will be appreciated. Paul |

Re: Coupon Book Business Idea Help
Michael,
Glad you put your link in regarding this post. Haven't been there in a while and I didn't know you had info on the coupon book business. I'm going to purchase your info for my wife. Here's why. She just recently "got a job" selling a type of coupon book. Just as a seller, she is making $40.00 a book. And, she is selling 5 to 10 a day! Some good money. So anyway, she's smart enough to know that the real money would be to have the books made and then sell them herself. If she only knew how. Now I can help her out with your info. Thanks. Fred |

Re: Coupon Book Business Idea Help
Hi Paul,
Your timing is excellent for producing your own coupon book. I have been in this business for several years and can honestly say I can't remember a better time to get into the business. Small business owners have sales that need increasing but have limited budgets. Consumers are looking for ways to save money without much change to lifestyle. If its done correctly, you can certainly make money. Do your research, define your area, check your compitition and most of all ACT! There is much to learn by just doing it. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. Andy |
