ANTI-HACKING TOOL

What's the best anti-hacking tool that you can download for free? It should at least send us a warning if there's a suspicious activity. Or feel free to suggest any other effective ways to prevent the site from being hacked. Thanks.

How about ones that are paid? Would a web application security scanner be able to help reduce he risks of getting hacked?
