![]() Hmmm. Somewhere along the path to doing mostly nothing these days, I have lost my Biz Op evaluation tool. It used to be a niftly little 10 in one tool I could clip onto my belt and use it whenever I came across an opportunity to make money.
So, even though I know we don't get paid for doing nothing, how do you look at and evaluate those daily oppotunities that pop up like a whack a mole game in the arcade? I thought going full circle back to some mail order stuff was looking good, but now my SLOP AND MESS meter is chirping like a smoke detector at a Southern BBQ. Good gollly Molly and Mary, I just want to DO the minimum and get a leveraged maximum return on my investment of time (and money). I don't, won't, can't do mlm and networking, so limited contact with people would be good, maybe snake and aligator removal (albeit, not so much "work" "werk" in Ohio). I may have to create a HOTSHEET that combines aptitude, and assessment like a value proposition/biz model canvas sort of thing to help with quick decisions on when to abandon the idea. What do you use for Biz Op evaluations? Gordon |
