Congratulations on a successful business. You're now experiencing growing pains ;-) What you need is a good business manager. Someone who will take much of the load off your shoulders. If you hire sales people (independent contractors) and office help, you'll need to divide your time in supervising these people. Time best spent in growing your business further. My advice? Hire just one person. That person would be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative side of things. He/she will hire, fire, train, supervise, and generally take care of sales and admin. This'll leave you to focus on the things that you do best... It'll be worth it.
