TV Channel Stands

Is this phone service the same that hotels have that ask you to press one for the front desk, 3 for maid service, etc.

If so, then wouldn't a person just need to get the OK for the hotel to "sell" the real estate on the phone line and then just get the OKs from the local pizza places.

Seems though that then you might have to cut the hotel in for a piece. But since this is no printing, no fulfillment, etc., giving the hotel "a piece" might be the way to go.
