![]() I have a copy of Michael's report with me constantly. It is marked-up, dog-eared and commented.
Why? Because I am a chronic procrastinator and it wasn't until I read Michael's report that I honestly felt relief. While I wouldn't say I am cured of procrastination -- I have been in remission for two years now. Aloha, Jason |

We could start a Procrastinators Anonymous group. But it might fail before it gets going. Every member would have good intentions of coming, but they'ed probably put off coming til they felt like showing up. Even though Mike's report was 5 years old it's content will never age. After I reread it the other night, I was about to go to bed, but instead I turned my computer on and wrote up a 4th of July sales ad for to other forums and posted the ad. I didn't make it to bed til after 4am and even in bed my mind wouldn't shut-off. So sometime around 6ish I finally fell asleep but then work up 2 hours later and went outside and rebuild my son's dog pens, because I told am I would do it, even though the daily rains were coming. Those two examples, of what I said I would do, were direct actions from Mike's report. It's not magic, hype or a cure all. It's a serious problem rehabilitator. I now have his updated version and I'm already reading it between writing this post. The old report was 24 pages, but this new one has 61 pages. Woody Quiñones The Promotional Guy |

Nice to meet you! It seems that you and I are in the same boat. I really have to buckle down at times and FOCUS. And just like you, sometimes I will be in bed at night thinking of some hair-brained scheme to rule the world -- and then I find myself in front of the computer at 3am typing away! A "target list" and a egg timer are my tools. I work like made for 33 minutes 33 seconds and then take a 5 minute break doing something physical. Then back to the computer and egg timer.
