![]() Sounds like I am talking to myself, too quiet in here guys. Anyhow, since most have cell phones, camera not needed but if you are out of battery, what do you do? Poked around a bit and found this;
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Mi...-/400486044307 Being a non-techie, will this one work for both Android and iphones? Would including one increase ease of sale? Just thinking out loud... P.s. Also found this one; http://www.meldonlaw.com/reports/aut...ar-charger.cfm They have branded it for them only. Eva Last edited by Eva : October 1, 2013 at 08:02 PM. |

![]() Eva, just my two cents, but I think that may be over-complicating it.
Also, so many different kinds of phones out there ... iphones, newer iphones with different charging jacks, various LG and others ... I have at least three different "basic" charging cords home, and they are all quite "phone specific." I think you can add enough sizzle to sell the kits without the need for a "tangible" product inside ... but that opinion comes from the comfort of my want-trepreneur recliner ... so ... |

I'm weighing my options, a car charger with a cordless USB plugin might be one choice, still researching... One thing is for sure do, IF I am going to do it, now is the time to get it done because of upcoming holidays. That means an opportunity to sell it as a gift biz owners can give away in the spirit of Christmas. I have another reason too, just have not told people on this forum about it. Here it goes: I had a stroke in April, was in the hospital for 12 days and at first could not even speak, go to the bathroom or eat by myself. I was affected on my whole left side so I had to learn how to walk again. Now, almost 6 months later, I can walk, talk, eat etc again even though I had a second mini-stroke in July and was taken in for 4 days. On top of that, was taken in by ambulance, also in July and was diagnosed with acute Glaucoma on the right eye. Did a procedure on my right eye 3 weeks ago to try to save it and even though I lost 90% of my sight, I am hopeful I will get better. This simple project is something I can handle and I have a couple of people that can promote it for me. I hate to lay at home helpless and do nothing, besides, I need to bring in some income even though I will probably get disability. To me, this is worth a try and I am gathering knowledge and setting up a plan as we speak. Wish me good luck, Eva |

![]() Hi Eva:
Looks like no one uses their glove compartment anymore. I did my own Google search for accident kits and found a bunch of accident cell phone apps who are sponsored by accident lawyers. Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWoW...layer_embedded Maybe you can brand your own (localized) car accident app, and get auto body shops, lawyers, and insurance companies as paid sponsors. All the best, JohnnyB |

Yes, I am sure it is, still believe in printed material though as I am sure many others do as well. Will take a look though out of curiosity, Eva |
