When someone else is driving, how do you work? Do you balance the laptop on your knees, or do you have a different setup?

I've never been able to balance the laptop on my knees very well! I think with my new "car desk" I can probably work well in the back when someone else is driving - but I haven't tried it yet!

So far I am just working when the car is parked...
