I like the idea of 5 - manageable and can always do more later if needed.

Dave Hyner spends a lot of his time inspiring school children but has interviewed lots of high achievers (and is a high achiever himself - he raised over £250,000 for a local charity branch back in the day which would be a large sum for a national fund raiser here).

Agree that keeping things simple is the way to go.
