Avoid the National Chains Millard

Thanks Millard,

While I was Selling Advertising in a college newspaper.

I discovered The managers
of all National Chains.

Cannot even spend 100 bucks without Permission.

Which they never get.

HELP the 1 owner joints. They don't put DRUGS in their food.
So its in our OWN interests to keep them afloat.

The National Chain stores aren't about Sales of Widgets or food anyway.
