I can imagine that any niche I walk into, if I have researched enough, or just know what to look for would bring some chattel out of the woodwork. Right now, as you know, I am working with local restaurants not only looking to sell them ads, but also for promotional clients.

Like Columbo. eh? I am going to do it today and let you know how it works for me....I like the concept very much.
