Unfortunately you don't get 0% credit cards in India - but people elsewhere can take advantage of this:
1. Apply for a 0% APR credit card that has no cash advance fee. 2. Withdraw cash from that credit card and invest it in a safe place. 3. Pay the low monthly fees on time.
