Default Climate for Direct Mail Now?
I have an intuition that anyone sending out direct mail now in the U.S. is going to get a better response than seven months ago, because there's less commercial mail now and thus less competition for one's message.

Anyone agree or disagree - or better yet, have any data or direct experience on this to offer?
